Photography has long been a passionate hobby of mine ever since taking my first film photography class my sophomore year of high school. Taking film classes for three years while in school I learned how to properly expose, enlarge, and print film photography. Very quickly I began to notice that this hobby was something more to me than many of my fellow classmates at the time. My pursuit of exploring photography in every way I could creatively express myself helped me find out what in life made me happy. Riding off years of enjoyment in photography I decided to apply to colleges intending to go into professional photography. Although soon after attending college I began to shift my creative focus over to Graphic Design. Design gave me that same satisfaction of shooting photography with many more nuances to the process of production. Even though Graphic Design is my career path, photography remains a creative outlet for both my design work and for the joyful feeling it gives me.
